This Privacy Policy describes how CNC for U ("we", "our", "us") handles information related to users of the CNC for U mobile application.

1. No data collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or device data from users. The CNC for U app operates entirely on-device and does not require or request access to any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
• Device identifiers or persistent identifiers
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, media, or other user files
• Usage analytics or crash reporting

2. Third-party services

We do not include third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting tools that collect user data. As a result, no user information is shared with third parties.

3. Permissions

The app does not request runtime permissions that would access sensitive user data. If in a future version we introduce a feature that needs a permission (for example, storage or camera), we will update this Privacy Policy and clearly state what is being collected and why.

4. Security

Because the app does not collect or store user data, we do not maintain user databases or backups. There is therefore no user data on our servers related to the app.

5. Children

CNC for U does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided information inadvertently, please contact us (see below).

6. Changes to this policy

If our practices change in the future and we begin to collect data, we will inform users by updating this page and changing the "Effective date" above. We will also provide a notice within the app for significant changes.
